Here are the steps to break large PST file into multiple parts:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Launch Microsoft Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>File<\/strong> tab, click on Account Settings and then click on <strong>Account Settings<\/strong> from <strong>drop-down menu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In new window, <strong>switch to Data Files<\/strong> tab and then click on <strong>Add button<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose Create or <strong>open Outlook data file<\/strong>. Name the PST file and select location where you want to save the file.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong> button and close <strong>Account Settings<\/strong> screen.<\/li>\n<li>Now, again go to <strong>File<\/strong> and click on <strong>Open<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Import and Export wizard<\/strong>, you have to select <strong>Export<\/strong> option and the click on <strong>Next<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>PST<\/strong> file and click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select that folder that you wish to export from <strong>Expand folder window<\/strong> and select desired items or sub-folders. This option is available in Outlook all versions.
